We serve passion. Skyline is a dine-with-a-view restaurant and bar on Single Tree Hill in Kathmandu — a terrace in the sky where the Kathmandu Valley is the main course and everything we serve is the supporting cast.
Every day, the city whispers a new story — and from up here you can read all of it at once.
Single Tree Hill rises at the foot of the Nagarjun forest, just beyond Swayambhu. People have always climbed it for one reason: from up here you can see the entire Kathmandu Valley spread out below — a near-360° panorama that runs from the western hills to the city’s far edge.
Skyline began with a simple thought — that a view this good deserves a proper place to sit, eat and drink. So we built a terrace into the hillside, strung the lights, opened the bar, and let the valley be the centrepiece of every meal.
Come at 6 AM and watch the valley wake under the mist. Come for golden hour as the light turns the rooftops amber. Or come after dark — when the city below ignites into a slow field of light and the nights, as our guests put it, start to feel unreal.
We serve passion: Nepali plates and international favourites, momos and desserts our guests keep coming back for, and a full bar of cocktails, beer, spirits and bright non-alcoholic pours. Vegan options run throughout. None of it competes with the view — all of it makes the view better.
